Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframe After processing, the estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days. The total time from order confirmation to delivery may be up to 13 business days.

⚠️ During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may be slightly longer.

International Shipping We ship to Portugal and European Union countries. For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Third-Party Fulfillment Our products are shipped by a third-party supplier from an external warehouse. Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after shipment.
